[Dune] Known issues in dune-grid

Hi Markus!
I had a look at the dune-grid commit messages newer than the
release branch.  Besides the issues already noted by Robert and
Andreas I found the following:

<li>The build system only recognizes dependendies on a fixed set of known
modules.  Besides the core Dune modules these are <tt>dune-disc</tt>, 
<tt>dune-fem</tt>,
and <tt>dune-subgrid</tt>.</li>
<li>The grid test doesn't work for grid implementations which do not use
<tt>double</tt> as the type for coordinates.</li>
<li><tt>YaspGrid</tt> does not work in 1d.</li>
