Details - overlappingschwarztest segfault, when running with a blocksize > 1. The problem seems to be somewhere in supermatrix.hh, although the superlu itself works perfectly well for blocksize > 1.

This renders overlappingschwarz useless for a lot of applications.

I think the problem should not be too difficult to fix, as the superlu itself works.
