[Dune] moving the repositories to a new server

I disabled access to dune-common, dune-grid, dune-grid-howto and
dune-istl and am moving these repositories to the new server.

I switch the DNS Entry for svn.dune-project.org and you whould be able
to access the repositories tomorrow. Both anonymous checkout and
read/write access are all via the same url:

https://svn.dune-project.org/svn/dune-XXXX/

You should be able to checkout or change your repository url via:

svn switch --relocate \
  svn+ssh://hal.iwr.uni-heidelberg.de/var/lib/svn/dune-XXXX/trunk \
  https://svn.dune-project.org/svn/dune-XXXX/trunk

In order to commit you need a web account. Who ever needs an account
should contact me. You will then receive an invitation to create your
account. After you finished this I nedd to know the account name, in
order to grant access to the dnue repositories.

If all this works well, we will soon move all the other repositories
to conan aswell.
