[Dune] 1.0!

Eine froehliches neues Jahr an alle - und vielen
Dank fuer das Zusammenstellen von 1.0 Beta!

Da ich mich selber nicht so auskenne mit SVN, waers schoen,
wenn es eine kurze Beschreibung gaebe, wie man jetzt Bugfixes
durchfuehrt, so dass sie im richtigen Ast landen... und
wie besorge ich mir Bugfixes der anderen - ohne neu Entwicklung
zu bekommen?

Ich hab mal common/grid/howto bei uns installiert und eigentlich
nur Probleme mit den doc Sachen gehabt - mit disable-doc geht alles.
Einerseits ist die Dokumentation ja offenbar schon
im tar-ball drin, andererseits versucht er make im doc Verz.
aufzurufen und findet Sachen nicht (s.u.). Sollte
ueberhaupt ein make aufgerufen werden?

Zweites Problem ist, dass dunecontrole das grid-howto
ignoriert - sollte das so sein? Wenn ich configure
direkt aufrufe wird das Makefile erzeugt - allerdings wieder
Probleme im doc (s.u.). Mit disable-doc gibts dann Probleme
in unitcube_uggrid.hh (mit UG aber ohne Amira kann man
das dune-howto nicht benutzen). Ohne ug gehts alles bestens.
