[Dune] BLAS test in dune.

Hello Dune,

I have a question about the configure BLAS test Dune. The test checks 
for BLAS libraries and if found the variable BLAS_LIBS is filled with 
the found names. Unfortunately, this values are not added to the 
DUNE_ALL_PKG_LIBS which is a bug in my opinion. What do you think about 
this?
