[Dune] The release

Hello all,

I agree with Markus to release a 1.0beta6 that, if no further errors
occur, is then renamed to be 1.0.

Unfortunately I don't have the time to volunteer for the
adaptivefinitevolume bug right now. I think the grid-howto need some
further changes (DGF parser ?? Is the parser included? ), but not right
now.

The bug (if it is a bug) with the automated testing environment does not
really effect the 1.0 branch. All tests in 1.0 work.
