[Dune] ALUGrid 1.0

Hello Dune,

I released ALUGrid Version 1.0. Dune 1.0 will only work correctly with
this version. The most important change from 0.41 to 1.0 the change of
the license from LGPL to GPL.

Furthermore there are a lot of bug fixes, see the ChangeLog file coming
with the tarball.
