I know this is not the proper way to use grid parts.  Nevertheless I
would expect a LevelGridPart to use a LevelIterator, as indeed it
does.  But IMHO the differing PartitionType defaults are an
unnecessary nuisance.  There may be an easy way around the problem but
I it will be confusing to beginners.
