[Dune] Buggy Link to GPL?

Dear Dune!
On our homepage we claim that the Dune code is licensed under
the GPL v2 (plus some extras).  However the link there points to

http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html

which describes GPL v3!   Is that intentional?
