[Dune] Release 1.0

Dear all,

we have been working on the 1.0 release for a while. All open bugs
seem to be fixed. We will close the 1.0 branche for commits and Markus
has volunteered to create the tarballs. What is missing are some
release notes. These notes should include a small statement concerning
the state of different parts (i.e. different grids, different solvers,
etc.) and should also include known problems of the code. Everybody
should provide important information, known issues, etc. concerning
the code he was immediately involved in. Please provide these
information till thursday.
