Thats because there no such type in the tr1 standard.

Concerning utility.hh: Unfortunately there was no test for this. Otherwise I would have noticed it.

Yes the exported type in std::tuple are named in an stl fashion  like type instead of Type, etc.

As a quick fix to your problems I would suggest a canfigure switch that tells dune to use my implementation even if tr1 is there. But this solution should not be permannent
