[Dune] DGFParser.

Hello all,

I think the GridType -- DgfParser problem is now solved.
The gridtype.hh in dune/grid/utility/ is for typedefing a gridtype.
When one wants include the DGFParser and all its implementations then 
one only has to include dune/grid/io/file/dgfparser.hh

Furthermore, one can include dune/grid/io/file/dgfparser/dgfgridtype.hh 
which works a before the gridtype.hh in that directory but now uses the 
implementation in utility.
