Details - YaspGrid has two template parameters dim and dimworld, but it actually doesn't work unless these two have the same value.  I don't think anybody seriously considers changing that, because YaspGrid is supposed to be simple and fast.  Therefore I propose to remove the second template parameter.

If there are no objections I'll take care of it myself.
