[Dune] CVS / UG help needed

Hi all!
The Heidelberg UG repository is beyond me.  If you check
out the sources the subdirectory parallel/chaco is missing.
It appears to still be in the repository and I cannot find traces
of someone deleting it.  Does someone more knowledgeable
about CVS and that repository have an idea?
