[Dune] GridView from Grid and IndexSet

Hi!

Is there an easy way to get a GridView given a Grid and an IndexSet?

The reason is in Flyspry#423, basically, dune-disc stopped working since my
last update ~ 3-4 weeks ago.  I suspect the GridPart->GridView transition; the
VTK output stuff in dune-disc seems to instantiate a VTKWriter with an
IndexSet where a GridView is expected.

I know that dune-disc is rather Stuttgart-specific, but most of Stuttgart is
on holidays right now...
