Ah, you are using OpenMPI on a 64bit machine.

The problem might either be an openmpi issue (which I doubt) or more likely 64bit related.

Still there are some annoying and supspicious error messages and warnings, namely:

libibverbs: Fatal: couldn't read uverbs ABI version.

[0,0,0]: OpenIB on host uldum was unable to find any HCAs.
Another transport will be used instead, although this may result in
lower performance.

Does starting your program with "mpirun pamgtest" change the picture?

There is another sequential test called amgtest, would you be so kind to try if it crashes, too.
