Almost. Inspired by yesterday's discussion I tried it with different 
blocksizes. It compiles, but fails for blocksize greater than one and 
number of processes greater than one. If the number of levels is greater 
than one, the coarse solver does not converge and a MathError is thrown 
from line 330 of amg.hh
