[Dune] dune-istl solvers and preconditioners

Hi Christian,

thank you for implementing a GMRES in istl. This really was missing.
I think your suggestions sound good. From my point of view also the 
second suggestions sound good although I cannot tell how much work this 
will be.

Maybe this could be done such that the current implementation is 
realized using your suggestions.
