Details - It would be nice, if the ScaledIdMatrix would implement the complete matrix interface including Iterators.

Currently row iterators (and I suppose Column iterators, too) are missing. 

Further more appropriate io methods (for printing) are not available.

Therefore it is not possible to interchange FieldMatrix with SaledIdentityMatrix.
