[Dune] Conforming finite elements of higher order

Hi!
Last week Joachim Schöberl spoke at our workshop on his
netgen/ngsolve package.  It seems to contain quite a lot of
functionality regarding conforming higher order methods and
p-adaptivity.  In particular, he must have solved the numbering
problem we were discussing.  Upon request he pointed me
to the dissertation of Sabine Zaglmayr
