[Dune] Release numbering

Dear Dune!
Is it to late to change the number of the 1.0.1 release?  I find
it misleading.  When I read '1.0.1' I tend to think that I can upgrade
from 1.0 without breaking my code.  That is not the case, and
therefore I propose to call the new release 1.1.
