What is the point?
We need this code, the GridParts are going to be move to dune-fem
as soon as the gridviews have been added, or have I misunderstood
the decision made in Berlin?
So we can just leave the code as is.

Explanation: for the grid adaptation we need a slightly extended interface
of the IndexSets. The Wrapper defines these for the indexsets defined
in the grids.
