[Dune] New SSL Certificate for svn.dune-project.org

Dear all,

the SSL certificate of svn.dune-project.org was not only out of date,
but it was also based on a weak key due to a bug in the Debian openssl
package [1].  We have generated a new certificate with the fingerprint

   a4:1e:3b:fa:c4:a4:64:3e:a5:68:a7:2d:a3:54:d3:0f:11:5e:73:40
