One a sidenote, going with gcc-4.3 on darwin instead of 4.2 is probably a better idea.

With 4.3.2, the test suite compiles and passes.

With 4.2.4, the test suite compiles but a single test fails:

Assertion failed: (size_==0), function clear, file ../../dune/common/sllist.hh, line 723.

FAIL: sllisttest
