[Dune] Bugfix Release 1.1.1.

Hello Dune,

next week I'll release the bug fix version of the current release branch 
1.1. The bug fix version will be called 1.1.1.

The changes will be

- compiles with g++ 4.3.x
- bug fixes (if any)

The bug fix branch is available via svn (for example):
svn checkout 
https://svn.dune-project.org/svn/dune-common/releases/1.1.1 dune-common

Any suggestions?
