The dune-fem version in question still contains the old versioning scripts (prior to the first version to be merged into dune-common). As dune-fem shall be compatible with the 1.1 core releases, I already ported the changes made in dune-common to dune-fem. This should fix the bug (and I would ask Felix to verify this).
