[Dune] YaspGrid Entities of higher codim.

Hello Dune,

I discovered recently that it is not possible to use YaspGrid with a 
higher order Lagrange Finite Element code in parallel since the 
communication is not implemented for codim>0 && codim <dim.

Is it a big deal to implement this?
