Almost all methods have been renamed (as decided in Heidelberg). Only for the subIndex and subId methods (which we decided should take a variable codim argument) are not supported by most grids. The ReferenceElementContainer is also still missing.

Therefore, the grid maintainers are requested to implement the new subIndex / subId methods correctly (using generic numbering!)

Note: The renumbering was done using the geometry type. Often, this is an unnecessary call to the geometry. The grid maintainers should use faster renumbering as soon as possible (hardcode the new numbering into their grids if necessary).
