Or should both only depend on dune-common

1) it might be reasonable to suggest
   dune-localfunctions in dune-grid
   to implement higher order geometries
2) dune-localfunctions needs dune-grid
   due to the reference elements there
   -> perhaps these should be in 
   dune-common instead?
3) For testing dune-localfunctions needs
   quadratures - but these do not have
   to be in dune-grid but are prehaps 
   better situated in dune-localfunctions
