Most of the copy'n'paste stuff from the build system howto is implemented now.  Only the doxygen part is still incomplete.

The main problem here is that on the one hand you need a Doxyfile that contains some module-specific entries.  In principle such a file could be created by duneproject.  On the other hand it would be nice to be able to use the installed doxygen to create the vanilla Doxyfile.  That way you automatically get the newest Doxyfile that your doxygen supports.  But then you need to get your module-specific stuff in there somehow.

Looking at the doxygen manual (http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/faq.html, question 17) it seems that you can call doxygen with a vanilla Doxyfile plus additional options.  Maybe that's the way to go.
