[Dune] Vanilla UG is available again

This may be of interest to some:  The vanilla UG source code is
again available for download.  You can get it at the new project
homepage

http://atlas.gcsc.uni-frankfurt.de/~ug/

There is no anonymous CVS at the moment, but they had the
kindness to provide tarballs of the CVS snapshots that we
provide patches against.

On a related topic, let me mention that the support for parallel
UGGrids keeps improving, thanks to the infatiguable work of
Andreas Lauser.
