Details - If you request the reopening of a task something with the database goes wrong:

Query {INSERT INTO "flyspray_admin_requests" (project_id, task_id, submitted_by, request_type, reason_given, time_submitted) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)} with params {1,494,23,2,The error messages of duneproject are fixed. But the main problem persists. I cannot build the created module on the firstmentioned system. ,1234202627} Failed! (ERROR: null value in column "deny_reason" violates not-null constraint)
