Applying the patch is not everthing. There should also be some testing done. This will definitely take more than a hour also for me. I think anybody familiar with the grid interface could apply this patch. I'm not willing to do this at the moment. I didn't do it wrong in the first place either. So, if nobody applies this patch then SGrid just stays dam slow, so what.
