Details - We have decided to remove GridParts from dune-grid and introduce GridViews instead. Now, this process is almost complete and we should remove the GridParts from the current trunk (they should remain in the release for compatibility, though).

There are a few test applications that still use GridParts. It would be great if someone could change them to use GridViews...
