[Dune] Release Update

Dear Dune!
Here's a status email from your release manager.  Currently there
are only 7 bugs open which are marked as due in 1.2.  Of these, five
are not assigned:

501Dune build system crashed early on during configure on

What is the status here?  Martin and Christian appear to have looked
into similar problems.  I sounds rather severe and I'd like to have it
fixed before even the first rc.

327 + 436 Problems related to the ALUGridFactory.
This looks fairly easy.  Could someone from the ALU teams please take
care of it?

352 Documentation for alignment.hh

With the recent improvements in AlbertaGrid, maybe this can be closed?

Please consider fixing these issues, and any others that may strike
your fancy.  As soon as the status of 501 is clear I'll prepare a release
candidate.
