Details - Under very special circumstances calling ilevelbegin() on an EntityPointer causes a failing assertion in ALU3DGrid.

In the attached example test 1 and 2 pass while the third produces the failure. In 2d this does not occure.

Adding the situation to the grid check revealed that this also appears for ALU3dCube.
