Details - I need to introduce a namespace for ISTL very soon. The reason is that there will be rather many name collissions if my AMG is used in one of our new module (e.g. pdelab an parsolve).

This means of course that user code will need to be adapted. Still I think this is needs to be done and actually should have been done long ago.

If there are any fundamental objections please tell. Appreciation message by core developers are welcome, too.
