as stated before, I often build two different versions of DUNE in
parallel.  If one of the build processes failed, I indeed used to use
the resume feature.

I just wanted to know the reason for the patch, now I'm fine with it.
Actually, the reason for a patch should go in the commit message --
that is what the commit message is for after all.  And optimally, the
commit message should have also stated that it is now impossible to
use the resume feature for two DUNE trees in parallel.
