I'm not sure whether to commit this patch. It might give the misleading impression that we are able to renumber hypercubes. If someone uses 4d YaspGrid for higher order finite elements, he will run into problems with the numbering and noone will warn him. This way, nobody can use 4d YaspGrid without having a look at this FlySpray task.

Maybe we should leave this question to the maintainers of YaspGrid and SGrid...
