[Dune] psurface available as open source

Dear Dune!
I'm happy to announce that the psurface library has been released
under an open source licence.  Thanks to the visualization group
at ZIB for doing this. psurface is a library for handling mappings
between triangulated surfaces.  It is used in dune-grid and dune-grid-glue
for parametrized boundaries and domain decomposition, respectively.
