[Dune] -L/path/to/library should go into library_LIBS

Hi!

I opened a Flyspry bug
(http://www.dune-project.org/flyspray/index.php?do=details&task_id=566) about
the use of the linker search path flag -L in *_LDFLAGS variables.  I believe I
have the correct thing to do figured out but would like your comments.
