For 3d ALUGrid, the grid factory should work as of revision 4912. I checked it with the AlbertaReader. But since ALBERTA is simplicial, I could not test it with ALUCubeGrid.

Oliver, you wanted this stuff. Please check the grid factory thoroughly for both, ALUSimplexGrid and ALUCubeGrid. Moreover evertybody could please make sure that the DGF parser has not been broken by this update (though it was hardly affected).
