[Dune] small problem in dune-grid-howto, visualization.cc

Hallo Benedikt,

It sure compiles for me (revison 245; the other core modules are also up to date).

So I will have to ask you to provide more data. Can you tell me your configure 
options (i.e., the file you passed with --opts to dunecontrol)? The compiler 
version might also be of interest (though I don't think this is the problem).
