This feature is intended to fix a warning occuring in the generic geometries (and hence in the generic reference element) about an uninitialized 0-dimension vector. So, it starts to really get on my nerves.

Maybe we shouldn't have deleted the specialization for FieldVector< field, 0 > before this is implemented...
