I already added such a feature a few weeks back: headercheck sets the preprocessor-define HEADERCHECK when it compiles a header.  So you can enclose your header in #indef HEADERCHECK/#endif to make it appear empty and thus valid to headercheck.  This feature was actually meant for something a little bit more complicated but it should work for this just as well.
