[Dune] New Developer

Dear all,

as indicated on the meeting, I suggest that Jorrit Fahlke (aka Jö)
should become a full developer. He has a long experience in developing
with and for Dune. He started 2005 as a student apprentice in our
group and implemented the virtual refinement. During his diploma
thesis and now (during his PHD) he has been contributing to Dune in
many different places.

I ask for an official vote.

I vote for Jö becoming a developer.
