alugrid is clean.
grid/common/test clean (almost).
My grep gives two remaining files
  grid/test/checkindexset.cc
  grid/common/test/checkrefnumbering.cc: 
I think the second file tests consistency between old/new reference element
and is thus ok. The first I do not know... I am getting confused with the different defines: 
  DUNE_ENABLE_OLD_NUMBERING, NEW_SUBENTITY_NUMBERING :-)
