There is a new implementation shared_ptr now.  It is a direct copy of SmartPointer, with the class name changed from SmartPointer to shared_ptr and MemberType changed to element_type.  This brings more stl compliance. I'll make the system use the tr1 implementation as soon as a have figured out a test for it.
