[Dune] repository lock

OK,

the dune core modules
- common
- grid
- istl
- grid-dev-howto
(all other don't need to be updated)
now have a directory dune containung the (common|grid|istl) subdir.

I ave checked that the modules compile on my machine. I hope I didn't
break too many peoples code ;-)

Next things to change are disc and grid-glue.
