First some comments on your compiler flags:In order to be able to do so
DUNE tries to identify your MPI libs+flags in order to link MPI using your prefered compiler. Thus you should not set CXX to the MPI compiler.

Second:
DUNE has to be able to extract the linker flags etc. of your MPI compiler. If you know how to get the list of libs flags etc you could just send us the appropriate commands, together with means of identification of the intel MPI compiler. If not, a first step to support the compiler is to send the "mpicc -help" output.
